Every major treatment has a warranty. If the pest returns inside that period, the revisit and re-treatment cost nothing.

What each warranty covers
Warranty periods start on the day of treatment. Rodent, mosquito and larvae treatments are priced and covered after a quick look at your photos.

How we keep that promise
A guarantee only means something if the work is done properly the first time. This is what every visit includes.
Registered products, correct doses
We use insecticides registered for household pest control in India, applied at the dose on the label. No unlabelled mixes.
Safety told to you in advance
Before we start, we tell you which rooms to keep children and pets out of, and for how long. Most treatments need a few hours at most.
You know what was done
The technician shows you the treated areas and tells you what to avoid, such as wiping gel or mopping with phenyl for a few days.
Common questions
How do I claim a warranty revisit?
Send a WhatsApp message to 094916 56200 with your name, area and treatment date. We book the revisit at a time that suits you, at no charge.
Is the treatment safe for children and pets?
Yes, when the after-care steps are followed. We explain them before we start, including which rooms to keep children and pets out of and for how long.
Do I need to leave home during treatment?
Not for cockroach gel treatment. For bed bug and termite treatments we tell you in advance how long to stay out of the treated rooms.
What does the warranty not cover?
The warranty covers the areas we treated. New furniture or woodwork added later, renovation that breaks the termite barrier, or skipping the after-care steps can let pests back in, so tell us about these when you claim and we'll advise honestly.
My home is a villa, office or restaurant. Can you still quote?
Yes. Send a few photos and the approximate size on WhatsApp and we'll confirm a price before visiting.
